Day 01 : From New Delhi or Kolkatta - Guwahati - Tezpur
Arrive Guwhati and drive to Tezpur (Assam) 180km 5hrs drive. Sonitpur as ancient Tezpur was known in the olden days is a city steeped in mythology legend and folklore. The city of blood conjures up images of the romantic legend of Usha and Aniruddha and of the fierce battle between Hari and Hara. Overnight and dinner at the Hotel.
Day 02 : Tezpur to Dirang
After Breakfast, Drive to Dirang 120 km. Enroute
(1). Visit orchid research center at Tipi (Bhalukpong). Out of about thousand species of orchids in India, over 500 are in Arunachal Pradesh.
(2). Sherdukpen tribal villages at Rupa. Sherdukpen tribe which believe, Mahayana sect of Buddhism, you will find all the village houses are of art of Tibetans architectural, gompa, the prayer hall, stupas etc.
(3). In Bomdila, you can visit upper and lower gompa, local market, museum, emporium etc. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 03 : Dirang to Twang
Drive to Twang the headquarter of west kameng district, 140km 6hrs drive Enroute visit Hot water spring, tribal Villages of Monpa tribe at Dirang, visit Tsela Lake at the height of 14000ft. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 04 : Tawang
Tawang the land of Monpa tribes and the major center of the Mahayana Buddhism. After breakfast full day excursion to the famous Tawang Monastery. The 300-year-old Monastery, locally called 'Gompa' is considered the oldest in India and second largest Monastery in Asia after Lhasa in Tibet. The Monastery is standing on the spur of a hill over 12000 ft. above the sea level. Over looking the wide valley and surrounded on all sides be towering mountains. 12 kms on the north west of Tawang is the Brandung Chung Ani Gompa, the monastery of the Nuns. Visit: Tawang Monastery, Emporium and local market. Overnight At the Hotel.
Day 05 : Tawang to Bomdila
Drive to Bomdila 176 km the head quarter of west kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 8000ft, has a marvelous view of the snow capped mountains and inhabitant of mixed tribal group of Monpa, Sherdulpen, Aka, Miji and Bhugun and Tibetans. Enroute visit to Jung waterfall, Jaswantgarh, a 1962 Indo-China war memorial. This is built in memory of a one brave Indian soldier named Jaswant who fought alone and manage to stop the huge Chinese army for 72 hrs. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 06 : Bomdila to Itanagar
200km 8hrs drive. Itanagar the capital city of Arunachal Pradesh is a modern settlement built near the ruin of the 14th century fort old capital. The archaeological remains of this medieval capital comprises of two brick wall ramparts. Itanagar has interesting museum, Jawaharlal Nehru Museum, with a very good collection of artifacts of all the tribes of Arunachal Pradesh. Time spent here can really acquaint you with the culture and tradition of this region. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 07 : Itanagar to Ziro 170km 7hrs drive
Morning hrs visit museum and local market after lunch drive to Ziro. The headquarter of Lower Sabunsiri district of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 1560m, is a plateau surrounded by Apatani tribal villages, Dibbo- Hija- Bulla- Hari and Hong village. It is believe that Hong village is second biggest and most organize tribal villages in Asia. The uniqueness of Apatani tribe is "Tattoo" in women & man. In religion Apatanis tribe are animist Evening in the hotel.
Day 08 : Ziro
Full day programme at Ziro, visit Apatani Tribal villages, Bamin, Michi, Hong Hari & Bulla. Museum, Emporium & Local market. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 09 : Ziro to Daporijo
180km 8hrs drive. Daporijo the headquarter of the Upper Subansri district of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 600m is an inhabitant of Tagin tribe, the international boundary is just 400km from the Taliha 60km from the Daporijo. Enroute visit to Hillmiri tribal villages at Raga. . Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 10 : Daporijo to Along
160km 8hrs drive. Along the headquarter of west Saing district of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 300m inhabitants of Adi (Gallong) tribes. Adi has different sub tribe which differ from each others like Adi (Gallong, minyong, pasi, padam, Bori, and Boker) Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 11 : Along
Full day programme at along. Visit Adi Gallong tribal villages, Jirdin, Kabu, Kaying villages, Museum, Emporium local Market & Cane bridge over river siang. Adis are expert in making cane & bamboo bridges local made of cane and bamboo around 60 to 70m long connecting to the others hill tribes. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 12 : Along to Pasighat
140km 5hrs drive. Pasighat the headquarter of East Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh located at an altitude of 150m, inhabitants of mix tribes Adi (Gallong & Minyong Enroute visit Adi Minyong tribal villages. At Pasighat visit, Museum, Emporium & local Market. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 13 : Pasighat to Dibrugarh
Drive to ferry ghat to take a boat to Dibrugarh & cross-river Brahmaputra by country made ferry which takes about 5/6 hrs to reach Dibrugarh. The River Brahmaputra is the confluence of the Siang & Lohit river of Arunachal Pradesh. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 14 :
