Day 01 : Your Country - New Delhi ( By Flight )
Upon arrival at International Airport, New Delhi, Travel Preferred Way Representatives will greet & assist you to transfer to Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02 : Old & New Delhi
Hearty breakfast at the Hotel and then leave for full day sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, visit Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch ), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre. Dinner & Overnight in at Hotel.
Day 03 : New Delhi - Chandigarh ( by train Shatabadi express )
After hearty morning breakfast at Hotel, transfer to New Delhi railway station to board fastest train in India Shatabadi Express for Chandigarh in air conditioned chair car. Arrive at Chandigarh. Upon arrival, you will be transfer to Hotel & afternoon sightseeing of Chandigarh which is modern & well planned city in India. Visit Nek Chand rock garden, artificial lake, museum Local Parliament of Punjab & Haryana & modern buildings. Come back to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04 : Chandigarh - Mandi 1200 MSL ( by surface 215 km, 05 hours )
After breakfast in the morning, leave for Mandi. Upon arrival Travel Preferred Way Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon drive to spiritual/natural Rivalsar lake surrounded by Buddhist Monastery, Hindu temple & Sikh temple. This is believed the lake was formed by the arch of great arch man Arjuna, one of the five brothers of Pandava of Mahabarta. Drive back to Mandi for dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 05 : Mandi - Manali 1980 MSL ( by surface 105 km, 03 hours )
Take your hearty breakfast in the morning and then leave for Manali en route beautiful valley of Kullu & Naggar where you can see old Pagoda style temples & palace. Upon arrival in Manali, Travel Preferred Way Representatives will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Manali is foot hill of greater Himalayas , afternoon sightseeing of Manali, visiting hot spring Visit temple, 5000 years old Hadimba Mata temple, Buddhist Monetary & enjoy the cool breeze of pine & deodar jungles of Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay at Hotel.
Day 06 : Manali - Jespa 3300 MSL ( 120 Km, 07 hours )
After hearty breakfast in the morning, leave for Jespa & you will board four wheel drive Jeep to drive in greater Himalayas & your first stop will be at Rohtang Pass 3978 MSL, popularly known as heap of dead bodies. In the former days when people of district Kullu & Lahul were trying to cross the pass during winter in the business connection, maximum number of people was loosing their lives by the snow storm. Continue your drive & reach to Tandi where two rivers of Himalayas namely Chandra & Bagga have the confluence with terrific flow of the water. After here this river is popularly known as Chenab. Continue your drive to reach Keylong which is headquarters of district Lahul & Sipiti & finally reach to Jespa. Upon arrival our representatives will assist you to transfer to the super deluxe tents on the banks of river Chandra. In the afternoon visit local villages of Jespa situated on 3300 meters above sea level & Buddhist monastery where biggest festival of Kalchakra was organized by Dalai Lama in July 1994. Come back to your tents for the dinner & overnight stay.
Day 07 : Jespa - Sarchu 4200 MSL ( 120 Km, 05 hours )
After hearty breakfast in the morning, drive to Sarchu & your first stop will be at Dharcha and another at Baralacha La 4870 MSL. Later drive to Sarchu. Upon arrival Travel Preferred Way Representatives will assist you to transfer to the super deluxe tents. In the afternoon, visit panoramic view of the beautiful god made natural high peaks & mountains. Dinner & Overnight stay at the tents.
Day 08 : Sarchu - Leh 3330 MSL ( 272 Km, 09 hours )
Morning proceed to leave for Leh, first of all you will enjoy to reach at Lachungla which is on 5000 meters above sea level after then reach to Pang 4950 MSL. After Pang you have to go up 15 Km and you will drive 42 Km on plains surrounded by high peaks & mountains.
Here this is superb to watch 42 km plain land on 5000 meters. After that you have gone up to reach world's second highest motorable pass TANG-LANG-LA on 5378 meters above sea level. Afterward drive to Leh via beautiful villages & river Indus. Upon arrival in Leh, Travel Preferred Way Representatives will assist you to transfer to the Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at the hotel..
Day 09 : Leh
Hearty morning breakfast. Leh is on 3300 MSL, it is necessary to acclimatize for a day. Evening take a stroll to a nearby village known as Chengespa, where you can see one of the oldest chorten. Overnight stay at Hotel with all meals.
Day 10 : Leh
Hearty breakfast at Hotel and leave to visit Stok Palace Museum, the Queen of Ladakh still lives in this Palace and partly it has been converted into museum. More than palace it is the surrounding views of Barron Mountains and formation which are extraordinary. Gentle flow of Indus is another attraction. Come back to Hotel enroute SOS children camp of Tibetien and finally time to roam in the Bazaars of Leh. Afternoon a walk to the fort of Ladakh. Overnight stay at Hotel with all meals.
Day 11 : Leh - Shey - Thiksey - Hemis - Leh ( day trip )
Have hearty breakfast at Hotel & drive to Shey, the summer palace of royal family, a lake in front of it. Dalai Lama has also his Ladakh residence. A small drive ahead takes you to Thiksey where you can see the biggest Buddha statue. Finally to the most revered and richest monastery of Ladakh The Hemis, this monetary is nestled between two mountains and has many a thing of great importance. Come back to Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 12 : Leh - Uletopko ( 120 km, 04 hours )
After hearty breakfast in the morning, leave for Uletopko enroute visit at Monastery at Rizong, the school where young Lamas are taught Buddhism, finally arrive at your Uletopko camp. For sake of words this is a camp site however, location of this camp site and facilities puts this camp in many ways better than a Hotel. You are surrounded by peaches and apple trees and you are right on a Hill Cliff over the river Indus. Overnight at Hotel with all meals.
Day 13 : Uletopko - Leh ( 120 km, 04 hours )
After hearty breakfast at camp and leave for Leh enroute visit at most important The Alchi Monastery has murals dating back to 11th centaury and is perhaps one of the oldest monastery in Ladakh. Drive towards Ladakh and another stop will be Pyang Monastery and finally at Spituk Monastery. Arrive back at Leh & check in your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 14 : Leh- Khardung - Nubra
After hearty breakfast in the morning breakfast, leave for Nubra via Caravan , silk route all that what you have heard and read & reach to worlds highest motorable pass Khadungla - La at the altitude of 5800 MSL. Continue your drive to Numbra. Upon arrival our representatives will assist you to transfer to the deluxe tented accommodation with all meals.
Day 15 : Nubra - Leh
Have enthusiastic morning breakfast and then go to visit one of the oldest monastery in greater Himalayas at Dixit. Later drive back to Leh through same route. Come back to Leh. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel in Leh.
Day 16: Leh - Delhi ( By Flight )
After hearty breakfast in the morning you will be transferred to Leh airport to board flight for New Delhi. Explore full day in busy markets & after farewell dinner, you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport to board flight back to your home destination early hours of 10th August.
